Biography
Fr. Juan Pablo Patino Felix, originally from Zacatecas, Mexico, entered our Order on 20 July 1981. He made his First Profession 16 September 1982, and was Solemnly Professed in October 1990.
He studied Philosophy in the Pontifical Palafoxiano Seminary, Puebla, Mexico and Theology in Mexico City’s Iberoamerican University. He was ordained a priest in Mexico City, 16 November 1991.
He completed specialization in the Centre for Studies in Human Values (CEVHAC), in the CITeS (Avila) and in the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome.
From 2011 to 2023, he collaborated as Religious Assistant and Provincial Delegate to the “San José de Guadalupe” Federation of Discalced Carmelite Nuns in Mexico and from 2024 has been incorporated as Assistant Secretary to the General Secretariat for Nuns at our General Curia.
